This is a beginner friendly sewing workshop that will introduce you to bag making.
No experience required!
We will be sewing up some versatile boxy pouches to hold all of your favorite little things!
You will learn how to:
- Use a sewing machine
- Attach a zipper
- Sew a lining
- Create boxed corners
Materials Required:
- .5 yard of medium weight fabric (canvas, denim, cotton, linen, etc)
- .5 yard of lining fabric (cotton, linen, etc)
- optional: .5 yard batting (if wanting to make quilted pouch)
We will provide:
- interfacing
Fabric and notions (unless stated) are not included in the cost of the workshop.
If you need help picking out fabrics, you can visit Pirillo Textiles ahead of the class and get fabric recommendations from Adam. If ordering online, it is recommended to order fabric two weeks before class.

Time: 12:00-2:30pm
Location: Class will be located at Pirillo Textiles.

Cancellations must occur at least TWO FULL WEEKS before the class for a refund to be given.
